Returns and Exchanges Policy
Online shopping should be safe and comfortable. Our return/exchange policy is very simple — and we’re happy to help!
All authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original invoice. All items must be unused, in original condition, and may subject to a 10% handling charge.
Note: Some Products UV Marble Sheets, Chipboards, Flex Stones, Embossed Sheets and LED Strip Lights and LED Covers are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
Just email us your request (include your name and order number) at info@Velorawall.ca. We’ll send you a return form — please fill it out and attach it to your return shipment box.
You will receive a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 1 business day once we’ve received the product.
Items Purchased In-Store
Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. To process your return quickly, keep your receipt. It ensures proper credit and speeds up the process for our staff.
Velora 3D Wall Panel Limited Lifetime Warranty
Velora Walloffers a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser of our PVC 3D Wall Panels. This warranty ensures that the panels will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under approved normal use.
If a defect is discovered, please notify us in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue. You may be asked to return the product for evaluation. After review, Velora wall will determine if replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
This warranty does not cover or include labor, transportation costs, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the purchase, use, or installation of the item(s). Replacements, repairs, or refunds are the only options under this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage from the result of mishandling in transportation, acts of God, customer modifications, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care, or other causes that did not arise from manufacturer defects in workmanship and/or materials. No person, retailer, sales rep, dealer, service facility, or entity of any type is authorized to change, modify, or amend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner. Velora Wall shall not be liable to the customer or to any other entity for any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit from any defect in any items.
